Changes in the physical structure on the new shared workplace at Bausch & Lomb.  This resulted in some 'disharmony' in the workplace.

Teambuilding workshop that creatively engaged the 7 teams in a dynamic and experiential capacity, each team working in alignment with the company's 7 OBJECTIVES.
